Making a Purchase:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our site, adding items to your online shopping cart. Once you have everything you want simply select “Checkout” on the right hand side, you will then be asked to enter your shipping and invoice details and then taken through one of our secure payment processes.

Credit Card Security:

By using one of our secure methods of payment you can be assured that your information will be processed safely. Using Paypal we do not receive your credit card details. This is a well-tested, secure payment gateway that is independently audited by regulating authorities as well as VISA and MASTERCARD.

We would also like to remind customers that taking card details over the phone is not as secure as the Paypal gateway. For your safety and our piece of mind we would ask that all card transactions be carried out online.

Deliver Schedule & Missed Deliveries:

We guarantee to dispatch goods within 36 hours of you placing your order, excluding weekends and bank holidays. We will however, endeavour to dispatch orders placed before noon weekdays on the same day, stock levels permitting. All delivery times are times are estimated only and some postcodes in Scotland may find their orders take an extra 24 hours because of the distance that needs to be covered, also some parts of Scotland (Highlands) will require extra courier costs we will notify you if this is the case. 

Should we be unable to dispatch your goods as agreed we will contact you to inform you of our estimated dispatch date. If you are not happy with this you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order.

If you miss your delivery the carrier will leave a card with advice on how to arrange collection or redelivery of your goods. If you fail to act on this and your order is shipped back to us we will require you to pay the shipping costs again as well as an additional £12.00 before we can reship your order.

ROYAL MAIL ONLY: We will obtain a certificate of posting and whilst we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in the Royal Mail posting system we will enter a claim on your behalf and keep you informed of any progress.

Missing Parcel:

When you receive your delivery the carrier’s paperwork will have details of how many parcels your order consisted of. Always make sure to check this information before signing. (If the paperwork states 4 parcels and you only receive 3, you must sign to this effect.) DO NOT sign for missing parcels, as this will invalidate any future claim made should the carrier have misplaced the additional parcel(s). If you are missing a parcel you MUST contact us on the date of delivery so that we can track your missing parcel. Contacting us after this date will mean that we are unable to track the items and you will not be able to claim for them.

Returns: Please contact us before 3pm to allow us to act same day whenever possible

Faulty Goods – If it is evident on delivery that your goods are badly damaged, do not accept delivery of the items and contact us immediately. Any goods found to be faulty after delivery must be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery. We will require the products to be returned to us within 5 days of delivery to confirm any faults. Once the fault is confirmed we will contact you to organise the dispatch of replacement goods. You will be issued a discount coupon in respect of your outlay in returning any faulty goods to us. If goods are returned or refused when there is no fault then the shipping and return costs will be deducted from you refund/credit.

Wrong Goods Ordered – If you order the wrong goods and need to return them you will be liable for all return shipping costs. You will be issued a credit note for the value of the goods only and a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged and taken from your credit note. The credit note can only be spent on our online shop and can only be used if we receive an order via the post to include the original credit note issued. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Wrong Goods Received – If you receive the wrong items you need to contact us on the date of delivery to organise the return of the incorrect items and the delivery of the correct items. If we are not contacted on the day of delivery you will become liable for the return postage costs.

Remittance Terms:

Goods are not dispatched without full payment being received by us beforehand. Credit, Debit and Paypal transactions can be carried out through our site for instant payment. Alternatively, we also accept cheques allowing 5 days for bank clearance prior to dispatching goods and Bank Transfer (BACS) Internet payments, allowing 3 days for payment to reach our account.

Product Availability:

With very rare exception, all items on our website are in stock. If the site will not allow you to order the quantity you require this may mean that this item is low in stock. We will be unable to guarantee the price of the next batch as many of our products are made to order and prices can fluctuate depending on the costs of raw materials. If you require a large number of one item please telephone our office for confirmation of price and expected delivery.

Non UK Mainland Orders:

Please call our warehouse at the first instance for us to obtain a quote with the relevant carrier before any order is placed. we will obtain the best possible quote. 

Privacy Policy:

In accordance with the Date Protection Act, we will only use your personal details for our own business purposes and will not pass your details to any third party companies. We only take the details that are essential for us getting your order out to you, or to contact you regarding our order and when processing online transactions we never receive your card details. The information that you will have to enter includes: Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address and Credit / Debit card details, unless you are paying via Paypal.

Online Discount Coupons:

Coupons will only be valid for 28 days from issue. They can only be used on our online shop and hold no money redemption value. The offer can be withdrawn at any time. Discount coupons can only be redeemed against the cost of items, not VAT or delivery costs. The person redeeming the coupon must be the same person as the coupon was originally issued to. Coupons are only valid for one purchase and only one coupon per order will be accepted.

Clearance Lines:

Due to the nature of clearance lines it can occur that we are unable to fill the entirety of your order. If this does happen we will contact you to discuss substituting the items that are no longer available.
